UniCredit Bank in cooperation with Europen Investment Fund ( EIF) offers lending with the financial backing of the European Union under Horizon 2020 - Financial Instrument  with risk covered by InnovFin  guarantee. InnovFin guarantee covers 50% of the due principal and/or interest amount of the loan. The loan is intended for small and medium-sized enterprises and small mid-cap enterprises which are focused on research and development and have the potential for innovation.

Beneficiaries
  • Micro, small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) as defined in the Commission Recommendation 2003/361/EC which employs less than 250 employees with annual turnover ≤ 50 million EUR or balance sheet ≤ 43 million EUR;
  • Enterprise which has up to 499 employees and who are not entrepreneurs referred to above (Small Mid-cap);

Purpose
  • Investment in fixed assets, working capital or business transfers;
Loan Amount
  • From 25.000,00 EUR up to 1.125.000,00 EUR;
Loan Tenor
  • Short term loans with repayment period 12 months;
  • Long term loans with repayment period maximum 120 months, including one-year grace period;
