Effective interest rate (EIR) is an interest rate that reflects all loan costs, including ordinary and intercalary interest calculated on the selected loan amount and repayment period for a client who holds a current account with UniCredit Bank d.d., with disbursement on the last day of the month. The EIR calculation includes loan processing fee, credit account maintenance fees, insurance policy costs (repayment/life if a cash loan is contracted with an insurance policy) and costs of other collateral instruments (bill of exchange, pledge consent). For EIR calculation, the following amounts of costs of collateral instruments were taken into account, which are not defined by the Bank, rather they depend on the by-laws of authorized institutions: cost of bill of exchange BAM 10 and pledge consent notarization BAM 9.36.

The Bank reserves the right to process the request for a longer time based on individual assessment of the client’s creditworthiness, and depending on the completed documentation, the amount and the repayment period, individually the possibility of approving the maximum loan amount and the maximum repayment period, all in accordance with the Bank’s internal acts.
