All your products are now displayed on the home page and grouped into categories according to purpose: ACCOUNTS, CARDS, SAVINGS ACCOUNTS, LOANS.

The header of the home page shows the current account balance without authorized overdraft, and below is the total available balance.

Selecting a specific account in the "Accounts" category will display more details, such as account balance without authorized overdraft, available funds, transaction overview, and more.

 

 

On the card page, your debit and / or credit cards are displayed.

Selecting the details icon displays card details depending on the card type, such as cardholder information, issue date, expiration date, and more.

Scrolling down the screen displays additional card details, a list of transactions, etc., while the filter allows a list of transactions per card for the selected period and filtering by transaction category. Selecting an individual transaction displays the details.

It is possible to activate cards of natural persons via m-ba. You need to select an inactive card and click on the option "ACTIVATE THE CARD". All additional information and clarifications related to the card activation via m-ba can be obtained by calling the Contact Center on the toll-free number 080 081 051.

 

 

The Payments menu has the following options:

  1. Local payments to private persons and/or legal entities in BiH
  2. Budget payments (public revenues)
  3. Transfer of funds between your own accounts
  4. Currency conversion
  5. e-bill contracting / payment / review
  6. Payment by QR code

Options for using Templates and Revolving Credit Card Debt Repayment are also available.

 

 

The Spending option, in which users have a graphical representation of spending, is divided into two main categories, Inflow and Outflow.

You can view your spending on a monthly or yearly basis, including all transactions made in the last 2 years.

By selecting a specific spending item, you get an insight into the list of transactions and the categories of which it consists.

By changing the category of the transaction in the Spending option, it will be reflected in the overview of that transaction in the Accounts option, and vice versa.

In order to have a realistic picture of spending, the Add cash payment option has been introduced, through which the user can add a cash transaction.
