PAYMENT OF SALARY/REPAYMENT OF LOANS

Within the mentioned option, clients are able to independently initiate salary payment/loan repayment without submitting lists for processing to the bank.

The initiation/processing of the transaction in question consists of:

• entering the details of the cover order that is carried out from the account of the legal entity in favor of the temporary account of the bank for salary or loan repayment, in the total amount of all individual salaries/loan repayments;

• list of employees to whom salary/loan repayment should be paid with individual details about each recipient, namely: first and last name of the employee, account number (salary code: transaction account number of the employee, i.e. 338...; when repaying the loan, CORE account number for loan repayment), amount in KM, purpose of remittance (i.e. description with the transaction in question) & Type of payment (Regular, Occasional or Other).

Safety always comes first

Every Internet banking payment order, except with a USB key or smart card, can now be additionally authorized using the m-token e-ba Plus application!

The application is installed on the user's mobile device, and its purpose is to generate a 6-digit code/key that represents an additional form of authorization when sending an order through the e-ba Plus service.

1. Scan the QR code and download the m-token e-ba Plus application

E-ba Plus - nova funkcionalnost Signergy (google chrome)

Currently, access to the e-ba Plus application is done through the Internet Explorer web browser, which activates the JAVA applet and provides access to the application itself. The new version of the e-ba Plus application provided additional support, i.e. enabled access/use of the application through the Google Chrome browser. In order to be able to use the e-ba Plus application through Google chrome, it is necessary to ensure the installation of the so-called additional application program support on the user's computer. Signergy applications.

The process of installing the Signergy application itself is quick and very simple, and you can download the application in question below.

Note: To access e-ba Plus via a Google Chrome browser, you must exclusively use the following specially created link https://ebaplus.unicreditbank.ba/ebaPlus/, which you can find on the home page, in the section 'Log in to internet banking'.

Users who will continue to use the application through the Internet Explorer browser have no changes and continue to use the previous link-om https://www.unicreditbank.ba/ebaPlus/
